Tim Lidstrom, the company's founder, owner and Broker, has specialized in the commercial real estate field for over 35 years.  After attending Mankato State Unviersity, Tim obtained his real estate license in 1979, began specializing in commercial real estate in 1985, and in 1993 Tim earned the designation of CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member), representing the highest standard of excellence in the commercial real estate field.

Karla Jo Olson has worked in the commercial real estate field for 33 years -- starting "behind the scenes" as a Broker's assistant for over a decade and for the past 22 years as a licensed agent/broker.  In addition to selling and leasing services, Karla is instrumental in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company.
